I purchased this replacement head in exchange for the original head that came with a doll I purchased from another company, but it arrived with a problem – which the company repeatedly refused to fix. Thanks! Regardless, this replacement head is more attractive than the original and has a better initial look, so I can’t regret this upgrade after this company’s irrelevant BS.
